  Even though i have been using makefiles for decades, I usually take an existing one and copy it. Recently I got into the situation that I didn't have access to one of my old makefiles and had to relearn or at least lookup some of the basics again....   In the past I had always complained that in many projects no real Scrum was done. In some projects it was simply because they didn't know any better or couldn't do it. In other projects it was rather like that that one has picked out of the Scrum framework what makes sense or is presentable. In the meantime, I am of the opinion that the more methods / frameworks etc. you know, the better you can combine different elements and approaches from them so that the project can be successful.
